The Summit brings together students from public and private universities and colleges in Florida for a weekend of meaningful discussion and deliberation on some of the issues most pressing to their generation, with a focus on a specific public policy topic. Past topics have included K-12 education, healthcare, criminal justice reform and technology. The 2024 public policy topic will be selected by early Summer.

Note: committee members outside Alachua County will participate remotely in the planning process, but are expected to attend the Summit in person.
